Vitacost Synergy 3000(R) Multi-Vitamin Directions As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules daily with foods including fat, preferably a healthy fat such as extra virgin olive oil, olives and nuts, to improve absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, or as directed by a physician.
