📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Start with a quarter scoop per day. For children younger than 6, increase to 1 to 2 scoops per day, as needed. For individuals 6 or older, increase to 1 scoop 3 times per day or as recommended by a physician. One level scoop is approximately equivalent to 4 Daily Essential Nutrients capsules and is designed to be mixed with 1 cup of cold water, smoothie, milk, or other liquid of choice and consumed immediately.
