📋 Directions for Use
Recommendation: Shake well. As a dietary supplement for adults: take 1 tablespoon (15ml) one or two times daily with meals. For children 1-3 years old, take 2/3 teaspoon one or two times daily with meals. For children 4 years and older take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) one or two times daily with meals.
Shake well before using.
