Suggested use: Take 6 captabs daily with 8 oz of water as a dietary supplement, for best results take 3 captabs in the morning and 3 captabs in the evening, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For maintenance, or when combined with the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol, serving size may be reduced to 2 captabs twice daily with food.
