RECOMMENDED DOSE Adults under 150lbs - 1 Scoop. Adults between 150lbs-220lbs - 2 Scoops. Adults over 220lbs - 3 Scoops.
Directions for use: Immediately after training/competition mix 1-3 scoops with 250ml-1000ml of cold water or beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your own desired taste and consistency.
