What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula combines caffeine and green tea, which have moderate evidence for supporting metabolic rate and alertness. L-carnitine tartrate and tyrosine are included to support energy transport and cognitive focus, though evidence for their fat-loss efficacy is limited. The profile utilizes well-studied stimulants and amino acids with a high safety rating.
