Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorder, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; and/or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products since black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. Do not combine with other natural health products or drugs which can affect blood pressure or are sources of caffeine.

Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals - if those symptoms occur discontinue use. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Hypersensitivity and/or gastrointestinal discomfort may occur; take with food to avoid digestive issues.

This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Do not use continuously for more than 15 days.

Keep out of reach of children.
