What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

L-Citrulline is supported by strong evidence for improving blood flow and exercise performance. B vitamins and Vitamin C contribute to energy metabolism and antioxidant support, though their impact on athletic output is more limited. The overall ingredient profile is considered safe for consumption.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorder, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; and/or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products since black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness.
