Suggested Use: As an dietary supplement, take one serving (4.5g) 3 times per day for best results. Each serving contains approximately 3 grams of Electrolytes++ per serving. Mix 1 level (4.5g) scoop with 8 oz. of water of beverage of choice up to 3 times a day.
