📋 Directions for Use

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 rounded scoop (24.8g) in 12-16oz water (depending on flavor preference) and consume 15-20 minutes pre-workout. Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Gradually build up to 1 rounded scoop. Do not use more than one scoop at a time. Do not use more than 3 (three) scoops in a 24 hour period.
