What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Caffeine and beta-alanine have strong evidence for improving alertness and muscular endurance. L-citrulline malate and L-tyrosine provide moderate support for blood flow and cognitive focus, while L-theanine may mitigate caffeine-induced jitters. Together, these ingredients target physical performance and mental clarity through well-documented mechanisms.
