Directions: Test your tolerance to this product during initial use. Begin with 1/2 scoop with 6–10 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. If well tolerated, increase to 1 scoop with 6-10 oz. water before training. Adjust the amount of water for taste preference.
