Notice: This product contains beta-alanine. Beta-alanine may produce a transient mild tingling effect (paresthesia) or flushing sensation of the skin or lips on initial use. The sensation generally subsides within 30 minutes following ingestion. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of plenty of water and discontinue use.

Directions: Test your tolerance to this product during initial use. Begin with 1/2 scoop with 6–10 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. If well tolerated, increase to 1 scoop with 6-10 oz. water before training. Adjust the amount of water for taste preference.
