Insane Whey mixes instantly and can be used between meals, prior to training, post training, or anytime a protein source is needed. Directions for use: As a protein supplement, mix 1 level scoop (34g) of Insane Whey with 12-14 oz of cold water and mix thoroughly in shaker or blender. To dress up your Insane Whey shake by mixing 1 level scoop (34g) in 12-14 oz of almond milk or coconut water, mix in your favorite fruits, vegetables and super-foods, blend and enjoy! For the best results, spread protein usage between several smaller meals throughout the day.

Warning: Do not take Insane Whey in excess of its recommended dosage.
