Directions: Do not take undiluted. Place up to one 3/4 teaspoon (3.7 ml) serving in a liter (33.8 oz) of water, and consume in one sitting or throughout the day. For optimum results, up to two (3/4 teaspoon) servings may be consumed daily in the same manner. If you are new to this formula, please divide the dose and build up slowly over several days. May be taken with or without food.
