Recommended Use: Consume 3 servings daily divided evenly with meals. Add FortiSalt directly to food, and for full benefit, consume all FortiSalt added to the food. As a supplement for the entire family, FortiSalt can easily be added to food while cooking - with no adverse effect on the minerals. For heart health, consider using FortiSalt in recipes. Replace one measurement of salt with 3 measurements of FortiSalt. This will taste great and reduce added salt by more than 50%.
