Directions for Use

Suggested Use When Used To Supplement Protein Intake: Take FIVE (5) tablets THREE (3) to SIX (6) times daily. For best results always take FIVE (5) to TEN (10) tablets 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition and immediately following.
