What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula contains creatine monohydrate and L-citrulline malate, both of which have strong evidence for supporting muscle strength and endurance. L-glutamine and taurine provide moderate evidence for aiding recovery and cellular function, while dextrose serves as a fast-acting carbohydrate source.
