Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Adults (18 years and older) may take four capsules in the mid-to-late morning with low calorie food. Individual needs may vary. Day 1: Take 1 capsule in AM with food and 1 capsule at lunch. Day 2: Take 2 capsules in AM with food and 1 capsule at lunch. Day 3: Take 2 capsules in AM with food and 2 capsules at lunch. Day 4, 5, 6 & 7: Take the same dosage as Day 3.
