Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Sleek & Lean CLA Protein in a shaker, glass or blender bottle combine with 6-8 ounces of water, milk, or another beverage. Shake, stir, or blend until powder is completely dissolved. SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, consume 1-2 servings per day depending on protein needs. For best results combine with a healthy diet and regular exercise program.
