📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: 1 to 2 tablets in the morning 1/2 hour before breakfast, and one tablet 1/2 hour before lunch. Use in conjunction with the Maximum Metabolism Weight Loss Plan. Do not take before bedtime. Do not exceed 3 tablets daily. Not intended for prolonged use or by those under medical supervision. Do not consume alcohol while using this product.

Warning: Do not exceed directed amount. Each tablet contains 46 mg of caffeine, which is approximately equal to half a cup of coffee.

If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any type of medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before using this product. Do not use this product while taking any medication without the advice of your physician or pharmacist. St. John's wort is known to interfere with many prescription and non-prescription drugs, and it may also cause increased photosensitivity; limit exposure to UV radiation.

Discontinue use if nervousness, tremor, sleeplessness, or nausea occur. Contains phenylalanine. Not to be used by phenylketonurics.

Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.

With St. John's Wort

Diet-Phen can support a healthy metabolism and energy levels. St. John's wort, standardized to 0.3% hypericins, can help support a positive mood. L-Phenylalanine is the precursor to a neurostransmitter that helps support an alert state.
