📋 Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 to 8 oz. of water 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. Once you've assessed your tolerance, in subsequent workouts, take 1 to 2 servings (1 to 2 scoops) with 12 to 16 oz. of water 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
