📋 Directions for Use

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (12 grams) of Metabolic Pre in 10-12 ounces of water and drink 30-45 minutes before your workout, start with 1/2 scoop to access your tolerance. Once you've assessed your tolerance, use no more then one scoop (12 grams) in a 24 hour period.
