Suggested use: Do not exceed recommended dose. Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of Ghost Gamer with 4-6oz of water or beverage of choice. Advanced users, mix 2 scoops (2 servings) with 8-10oz of water or beverage of choice. Consume prior to dropping in, plugging in or attacking your day. Pro tip: shake canister prior to use. Vary amount of liquid to taste.
