Suggested use: For men's health and muscular performance: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon 30 minutes prior to workout. For sexual performance: Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes before intimacy. Do not exceed more than 1 serving (2 capsules) per day.
