📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water and consume approximately 30 minutes prior to your workout. To assess your tolerance, start with a 1 scoop serving. 1 to 1.5 scoops may be ideal for those smaller individuals or people sensitive to stimulants.

For enhanced performance, stack with 1-2 scoops of Core ABC 30 minutes prior to your workout.
