Directions for Use: Royal Maca promotes healthy bones by helping to slow bone loss in women with hot flashes & grow new bone by raising tissue levels of IGF-1. Also helps reduce peri & menopausal symptoms when taken at optimum dosage for YOU. Sensitive/Petite: Take 1-2 caps daily with food. Women with a period: Start during period with 3 caps daily. Increase 2-4 caps daily during 2nd cycle. If side effects appear, reduce dosage. PostMenopausal with hot flashes: Start with 2 caps twice daily with food. If after 5 days, hot flashes are no 80% better, increase to 3 caps twice daily. If hot flashes get worse, you are taking too much.
