Directions for Use

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement, assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 of a serving (half of a scoop) 15-30 minutes prior to high intensity exercise in 6-8 ounces of water. After tolerance is assessed, take one serving (one scoop) 15-30 minutes prior to high intensity exercise in 8-12 ounces of water. Do not exceed more than one scoop per day.
