What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine have strong evidence for improving athletic performance and muscle endurance. Vitamin B12 and L-glutamine support energy metabolism and recovery, though the evidence for glutamine's efficacy in healthy adults is more limited. Dextrose provides a rapid source of carbohydrates for immediate energy.
