Directions for Use

Suggested use: Take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily. For competitions and intense training sessions, take 2 servings daily - 1 serving (2 capsules) in the morning, 1 serving (2 capsules) in the afternoon. To assess individual tolerance, first begin with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon. Drink with plenty of water.
