What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula contains ingredients like Ginkgo biloba and Phosphatidylserine, which have moderate evidence for supporting cognitive function. N-Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Glutamine are included for metabolic and neurological support, though evidence for these specific applications is more limited. Overall, the ingredient profile relies on a mix of well-studied and emerging cognitive enhancers.
