Suggested use: Take one serving (approx. 1 scoop) of C4 Dynasty, mixed with 12 fl. oz of water (adjust for taste preference) 20-30 minutes before training.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, currently taking PDE-5 inhibitors or nitrates for chest pain.
