Directions for Use

Suggested Recipe: One (1) scoop of Greens 8 in 1, one frozen banana, four frozen strawberries, 8 oz. purified water, electric blend for one minute.

Suggested Use: Mix one (1) scoop (14.6 g) in 6-10 ounces of cold beverage of choice. Greens 8 in 1 with Protein can be taken once daily. As with any fiber rich drink, always follow each serving with a full glass of water.
