Directions and Use: Maintenance As part of muscle maintenance solution, add 1-2 scoops of MuscLean to 6-12oz of cold water and shake or mix. For maximum results consume MuscLean once daily as a part of your healthy diet and training regimen. Weightlifting As part of weightlifting or strength and conditioning routine, add 2-3 scoops of MuscLean to 12-18oz of cold water and shake or mix. For maximum results consume MuscLean twice daily, immediately following exercise and late evening before bedtime. Weight Gainer As part of a weight gainer or bodybuilding program, add 3 scoops of MuscLean to 18oz. of cold water and shake or mix. For maximum results consume MuscLean 2-3 times daily in between meals. 3 max servings per day will deliver over 180 grams of healthy, clean protein and all the nutrients you need to build solid muscle.
