Directions for Use

1 serving Mixed with 8-16 oz. Favorite Beverage 1-2x daily Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 dose (350 mg) 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 700 mg per day. Depending on your reaction, effective dosing can be as low as 150 mg per day. Read all label warnings prior to use.

If you are pregnant, breast feeding, have known medical conditions (including kidney or liver disease) or are taking prescription or OTC medication(s) consult with your health care practitioner before using this product. Do not take in conjunction with MAO inhibitor drugs. Not for use by persons with a history of malignant melanoma or if bipolar, pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or lactating.

Tyrosine should not be taken by those with conditions associated with increased dopamine levels such as mania and schizophrenia.

This supplement may increase sensitivity to the effects of CNS stimulants. Caution is advised when taking tyrosine along with stimulants and dosages should be lowered accordingly.
