Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three tablets early in the day, preferably with a light meal. Do not take StronBone within four hours of taking a calcium supplement as strontium and calcium will compete for uptake. Do not exceed three tablets in any 24-hour period.
