📋 Directions for Use
Directions: Drink 1 scoop daily mixed with 10-12 oz water. On training days, take 30- 60 minutes prior to training. On non-training days, take in the morning. Product can be taken with or without food. Shake well with water before drinking.
Shake tub before each use.
