📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use Take one serving (approx. 1 scoop) of C4 Ultimate Strength with 12 fl. oz. of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. It's normal for powder to settle, gently shake before each sip. Studies have shown benefits of CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine to be correlated with cumulative use.
