Directions for Use

Directions: Combine 1 serving of WHITE FLOOD PLUS(TM) with 8-10 oz. of cold water (you may adjust the amount of water used based on your particular flavor concentration desire) and consume it 30 minutes pre-workout. For best results. WHITE FLOOD PLUS(TM) should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with adequate liquid/water per day, and a sensible diet.
