Formulation Notes

Corti-B Plex supplies significant amounts of the water-soluble B vitamins, pantothenic acid and Vitamin B6, to support many physiological functions associated with adrenal hormone production and regulation. This formula also works to enhance Coenzyme A production and the body's production of energy. The 5-MTHF in this formula - Quatrefolic - is the most biologically active form of folate, allowing rapid uptake into the bloodstream. The 5-MTHF in this formula is also known as the "L" form of 5-MTHF since it is the reduced form of folate. A full spectrum of bioflavonoids have been added for antioxidant protection, and the addition of I-carnitine in the highly bioactive form, acetyl I-carnitine, greatly enhances the activation of the pantothenic acid kinase - the first, and most important, enzyme involved in the metabolic conversion of pantothenic acid to Coenzyme A.

This formula meets or exceeds cGMP Quality Standards.
