What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula contains caffeine and beta-alanine, which have strong evidence for improving alertness and muscular endurance. L-citrulline malate and L-tyrosine are included to support blood flow and cognitive focus, though evidence for these is generally moderate. L-theanine is often paired with stimulants to modulate the caffeine response.
