📋 Directions for Use

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily. If benefits are not achieved within two weeks, you may require a higher level of supplementation. Gradually increase the number of tablets up to four (4) in divided doses daily (maximum 1,600 mg/day). In order to obtain maximum benefits, SAM-e should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes prior to a meal.
