Directions: As a dietary supplement, add one heaping scoop (36 g) of Bluebonnet's Whey of Life Multi-Action Whey Protein to 6 fl oz of water, soy or rice milk or your favorite fruit juice and mix or shake until smooth. For best results, liquid should be cold. Mixes instantly without the use of a blender.
