📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use Mix with 200 ml of water 20-30 mins before training. To start try 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance and then 1 scoop (welcome to the darkside) 1.5 scoops (dark mode engaged) for advanced users only. Do not exceed maximum serving (1.5 scoops) per day to avoid sleeplessness, do not take 4 hours before bed.
