500 mg calcium/800 IU vitamin D3 80 mg magnesium per serving

Helps support bone health

Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. Zinc, copper and magnesium are needed for proper formation of bone.

Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Contains calcium citrate, which has been shown to be absorbed with or without food.
