What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Citrulline malate and beta-alanine have strong evidence for improving muscular endurance and delaying fatigue. Caffeine anhydrous and taurine are well-studied for enhancing alertness and cognitive focus. Agmatine sulfate is included for potential pump support, though research evidence for its efficacy is more limited.
