🧪 Formulation Notes

Alpha-GPC (Glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a superior nutritional source of the vitamin-like molecule Choline. In contrast to Choline Bitartrate, which has poor oral bioavailability, Alpha-GPC is readily absorbed in the upper gastrointestinal tract due to its highly lipophilic structure. This makes Alpha-GPC a superb nootropic as it actively increases acetylcholine synthesis and promotes cognitive function without the side effects of central nervous system stimulants.
