Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 serving (4 rapid release caplets) approximately 30-45 minutes before your workout. On non-training days, take four rapid release caplets during the day on an empty stomach. To be used as part of a resistance training program. Maxon Pure Strength can be combined with traditional stimulant based pre-workouts.
