Directions for Use

Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement, take one serving (3.7 g) in water, milk or a beverage of your choice, 2-3 times per day or as directed by your medical doctor. Mix 1 (3.7 g) serving with 6-8 oz. water or beverage of choice.

Warnings & Precautions

This product does contain 225 mg of lactose, so we do not recommend it for those that are lactose intolerant.
