📋 Directions for Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgel capsules 30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take 2 softgel capsules in the morning. An additional 2 capsules may be taken if desired, but do not exceed 4 softgel capsules daily. Do not take before bedtime.
