Is there a certain age to start taking New You? Because the body's production of human growth hormone begins to decline after the age of 30, most people will want to begin taking it at that age.

How often should I take New You and when? New You is designed to be taken twice daily. The one tablet in the morning and two tablets at night.

Directions Adults take 2 tablets before bedtime and 1 tablet in the morning as a dietary supplement. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
